Supporting the sale of Zip, a premium ignition brand with a household name. Due to its global market and extensive product range there was a lot to be captured across the Information Memorandum. The list of potential buyers was broad so the structure of the document and clear call-outs were vital in the success of communicating the right information at the right point for readers.

A range of initial creative options were presented to both the brand and Alantra, we ended up with a combination of ideas from several different routes, which is often the way. Although colour palette was limited and we were working with rigid brand guidelines the design and layout created pace, keeping readers engaged. The black, red and orange from the striking brand identity featured through-out.

The final output was a printed document in portrait format, with plenty of breathing space to insert stats and top-line information. A bold book for an iconic brand, where impact, clarity and hierarchy of information were key.
