Serving customers in Berkshire, The Big Plant Nursery has become a destination for high quality, beautiful plants for every garden. Whereas sister company, Creative Landscape has been designing, building and maintaining award winning gardens for over 25 years.
They are two distinct businesses, but share many common views, behaviours, ownership, location, people, customers and outlook. As such the outward appearance and offer of the two brands may be different, but their essence is shared.

We began by conducting an extensive brand workshop, in order to define the brand triangle and essence for both Creative Landscape and The Big Plant Nursery. Whilst this essence is internal facing, it informs what the business does. So, outwardly this was translated into two straplines and from there we were then able to create the visual identities.

We looked at typography, muted colour palettes and visual symbols to create two identities which, whilst able to differentiate the two companies, also maintained a level of familiarity. As a result a more modern and elegant look was established, aiming to take the business through for the next 30 years. The new branding was applied across a range of materials, including signage, online and social media platforms.
