ACCESSIBLE PRESS PACKS
M&S were looking at how to bring their press packs into the digital age, so rather than sending out a printed brochure for each key season they wanted to send a more interactive piece of comms that journalists could engage with and download key images.

We explored various ideas around how to send information that could be password protected and have an image library of all products for key seasons. We realised the best solution was to create a mini website that could be sent as a link to journalists with a unique password. From developing a range of creative routes, we agreed on a design direction that captured individual seasons and created a website that is easily managed by the team at M&S. The focus was on creating a user-friendly experience for journalists to browse and download images. Easter, summer and Christmas sites were with clear and easy navigation at the heart.

Apart from saving on print costs the output has been well received by journalists who can download
hi-res imagery directly from the web link without having to liaise with the PR department, speeding up the process and making everyone’s lives easier.
